You have 14 days from the date that I actually sent the items to you to request a refund of your purchase. I will always send you an email when the items are shipped that you order. This should be enough time to decide if it was an item that you thought you should’ve received. Now if the packaged was damaged, I will need to see pictures of the damage before a refund can be insured to you by email to me. You will need to contact me before the 14 days is up or you will not receive a refund by me.
There are two ways to contact me by, the first one is by email at email@example.com and state what was wrong with the item that you received, or by contacting me by my phone, which is on my contact page.
I will ship your items within 2 business days of your purchase, which if you order over the weekend, the business days start on Monday. If you have a request that isn’t stated on website, for example and album with different paper decorated, I have a 14 day turn-around on any request. So, if you contact me with a request, I have a 14 day to complete your order and be ready to ship it to you.
